St Paul's Anglican Church in Monte Carlo holds a significant place in Monaco's spiritual and cultural landscape. The foundation stone was laid in October 1923, and the church was dedicated by the Bishop of Gibraltar on 19 February 1925. The land for the church was generously provided by the Princely family of Monaco in 1921, reflecting the principality's support for the Anglican community. In recognition of this establishment, the avenue where the church is located was renamed from Avenue des Fleurs to Avenue de Grande-Bretagne.
Over the years, St Paul's has evolved into a vibrant hub for worship and community activities, attracting a diverse congregation from around the world. The church is renowned for its beautiful stained glass windows and its commitment to musical excellence, often hosting concerts and choral events. In 2023, the church celebrated the centenary of its foundation stone laying, marking 100 years of its presence in Monaco. The celebrations included special services and events, such as a commemorative service led by Lord Richard Chartres, the former Bishop of London. These milestones underscore St Paul's enduring role in the spiritual life of the principality.
